Questions

Frequently Asked

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by December 1, 2026. After that date, the online form will close so we can finalize catering and seating.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Your invitation will list the names in your party. If you see a placeholder like "Guest of [Name]," that spot is reserved for you to fill in on the RSVP form.

What should I wear?

Black tie optional. Elegant evening wear in champagne, gold, black, or deep jewel tones fits the New Year's Eve mood.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting, and dinner and dancing will be indoors. Plan for a cool December evening.

What will be served for dinner?

A plated dinner with two entrée selections (beef and chicken) plus a vegetarian option. Appetizers, salad, warm rolls, sides, and a late-night snack are included.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

There's a field on the RSVP form for allergies and dietary restrictions. Our catering team will accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergy needs.

Is parking available?

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available. If you plan to celebrate with champagne, we recommend a rideshare or designated driver.

Are children welcome?

This is an adults-only celebration. Nursing infants are welcome.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 6:00 PM. The ceremony begins at 6:30 PM. Please plan to arrive early to find parking and be seated.

Can I request a song?

Absolutely! The RSVP form has a spot for one song request per party. We want to keep you on the dance floor past midnight.

Will there be a hotel block?

We are finalizing a nearby hotel block and will share the link with confirmed guests in the weeks before the wedding.

What if I need to change my RSVP?

You can edit your response through the RSVP link until the December 1 deadline. After that, please reach out to us directly.

Still have a question? Text or call the couple and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
