What is the RSVP deadline?
Kindly RSVP by November 15, 2026. Our guest list is thoughtfully curated, and our place settings must be too—so please respond by the deadline.
Can I bring a plus-one?
If your invitation includes “and Guest,” then yes—we look forward to welcoming you both. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Consider it an exclusive invitation with your name on the list.
What if I need to change my RSVP?
You may revise your online RSVP through December 1, 2026. After that date, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Are children welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll enjoy the evening off and celebrate with us!
What should I wear?
The dress code is black-tie optional. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are welcome, as are formal dark suits and elegant evening dresses. We invite you to come dressed for an elegant New Year’s Eve celebration, but please reserve white, ivory, cream, and other bridal shades for the bride.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Please arrive between 6:00 and 6:15 p.m. to allow time for parking and seating. Guests arriving after the processional begins will be asked to wait before entering. The bride already has “fashionably late” covered, so please plan accordingly.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors. Texas weather can be unpredictable, but fortunately, our plans are not. An outdoor patio will be available for guests who would like a little fresh air.
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary parking is available at the venue.
Will there be a hotel room block?
Yes! A room block is available at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center. Booking information can be found on the Details page of our website.
What will be served for dinner?
Guests will enjoy a plated dinner featuring their choice of prime rib, stuffed chicken breast, or a vegetarian entrée. You’ll make your selection when you RSVP.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know using the dietary restrictions field on the RSVP form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can we request a song?
Absolutely! Share a song that will get you on the dance floor when you RSVP. We can’t promise every request will make the playlist, but we’d love to hear your favorites.
